I figure I'll just treat this as a kind of online journal type of thing. So I got the new Ducati a few weeks ago and it is sweeeeeeeeet. Stupid Oregon weather is preventing me from riding at the moment. It's been almost a week, I'm going to go into withdrawals soon. 600 mile service is coming up pretty soon here as I almost have 400 miles on it and it'll take me about 60 to drive up to the shop lol. Hrmm and as I'm typing this the sun is coming out.... it's a sign, that I might be able to go ride today.
Here's my baby:
I'm kind of torn between finding new places to ride where I end up riding more cautiously or pushing my riding skills on the roads that I know well. I guess I should just mix it up and do both :p
In other news, I started eating like I should..... again this morning after looking over the whole9life site last night. I even got Stef in on it. It is basically pretty much the same as the diet I was following when training with Ed (zone paleo) with specific weighing and measuring but the thing about this diet is they say not to weigh/measure and all of that.... So I'm kind of confused about how you're supposed to know how much to eat of what in order to make sure you're at least getting the right ratio of fat to protein to carbs. Well I like not measuring so we'll see how this goes.... and I think I'll end up eating a lot more fruit then I'm supposed to but hey that's still a hell of a lot better than a doughnut right?
